Board and Committee Information
Did you know?
- All BOD Meetings are open to Stone Ridge homeowners.
- Meetings locations and times will be posted one week prior to the event.
- If you have a matter that should be brought before the board, you should send a notice to them at least one week prior to the impending board meeting.
- Homeowners are permitted to address the board at the beginning of the meetings provided the discussion is on the subject matter in reference to items on agenda. Additional questions are taken at the end of the meetings.

COMMITTEES
The Social Committee's primary purpose is to provide social activities and communications within the Stone Ridge Community, including serving as the Welcome Committee, sending benevolences to homeowners.
The Finance Committee works with Stone Ridge the board to ensure the associations's fiduciary picture is in order. Your dues helps us to meet these obligations.
The Architectural Review Committee exists to ensure Stone Ridge is a beautiful place to call home. External changes (and/or those that impact your home's aesthetics to your home) require that certain guidelines are followed by the homeowner. This committee works with the Covenant committee.
The Covenant Committee's reviews the Association’s governing documents and upholds the Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions; the Rules and Regulation. It regulates the external appearance, use and upkeep of the property and is also responsible for enforcement of the Association’s governing documents. This committee works with the Architectural Committee.
